CrossFit Level 1
Scott has always had a passion for sports and fitness. His athletic journey began in his youth, where he played team sports such as baseball, football, and soccer until the age of 18. At 19, he transitioned to powerlifting and quickly made a name for himself by placing 5th in the nation at the teenage division nationals.
In his 20s and early 30s, Scott shifted his focus to bodybuilding, dedicating over a decade to sculpting his physique and honing his strength. However, at 35, he discovered a new challenge in the form of MMA and immersed himself in the world of Muay Thai fighting. For years, Scott trained rigorously, embracing the discipline and intensity of martial arts.
As he entered his early 40s, Scott realized that his body could no longer endure the physical toll of daily combat. Seeking another demanding workout regimen, he found CrossFit and immediately fell in love with the sport. The dynamic and varied nature of CrossFit workouts captivated him, offering a perfect blend of strength, endurance, and community.
Scott is now committed to CrossFit for life, believing it to be the key to longevity and sustained health and wellness. His journey through various athletic disciplines has shaped him into a versatile and dedicated athlete, always striving for excellence and pushing the boundaries of his physical capabilities.
