Level 2 USAW Weightlifting Certification
Jessica has spent her entire life immersed in sports, strength training, and fitness. She discovered CrossFit ten years ago, which quickly led to a deep passion for Olympic weightlifting. She transitioned to competitive weightlifting six years ago and began coaching shortly after.
Her credentials include CrossFit, Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, Barbell Rehab, Female Health/Strength and Recovery, and a Level 2 USAW Olympic Weightlifting certification. She currently coaches six national-level athletes.
Jessica is driven by the joy and confidence her athletes gain when they accomplish something they once thought impossible.
