Brad is a former collegiate football and rugby player who has always made room in his life for fitness, athletics, and competition. He began CrossFit in Atlanta in 2008 and earned his L1 Certification in early 2009—renewing it twice over the years. Brad also completed the CrossFit Endurance certification. In 2011, Brad had the opportunity to compete in and lead a team from BTB Fitness at the CrossFit Regionals. Over the years, he has coached at three different gyms and learned from a wide range of athletes and coaches throughout the CrossFit community. His favorite benchmark workouts are Helen, Isabel, and Grace. Outside the gym, Brad has finished multiple marathons, a 50k trail race, and trained in Jiu-Jitsu—all while staying busy with family, work, and coaching his sons’ sports teams. Brad’s favorite thing about CrossFit is the way it humbles, challenges, and unites people from all walks of life.
